CartoonMaker

With CartoonMaker you can import images and make stop-motion movies. I wrote this app to make my never finished film The Farmer and The Sheep. But realy, if you want to make cartoons it's better to use Flash. But hey, this tool is free, Flash aint.

How does it work?

You import images (jpeg, gif or png). Move them, step by step to create an animation. You can scale, rotate and link them together to get better results. You can then preview the result and when satisfied export frames as still images. Then you can use tools like AnimationMaker to put them together to pruduce a movie.
